Airmar B75HW Transducer CHIRP High Frequency 12° Deadrise
Overview
Built for center console and smaller boat anglers who need high-frequency sonar detail without a large footprint. If you're fishing shallow to moderate depths and want to see individual baitfish and structure clearly, this low-profile transducer delivers the goods.
The B75HW is a single-band CHIRP transducer that punches well above its size. It combines high-frequency performance (150–250 kHz) with a wide 30° beamwidth to give you sharp target separation and broad coverage under the boat in one compact installation. The tilted element corrects for hull deadrise automatically, so your sonar beam points straight down regardless of how your hull is shaped—that means accurate depth readings and strong echo returns every time you're on the water.
Key Features
- High-Frequency CHIRP (150–250 kHz) — transmits across a wide bandwidth for excellent shallow-water performance and clear separation of individual fish from baitfish schools — you'll see target definition that lets you pick apart suspended gamefish from the noise.
- 30° Beamwidth — wider cone covers more water under the boat without dead zones — critical when you're drifting or running shallow and need to know what's actually below you.
- 12° Tilted Element for 8°–15° Deadrise — automatically corrects beam angle to match your hull's geometry — eliminates the guesswork and guarantees your sonar is pointing straight down for maximum depth accuracy and signal return.
- 600W Power with 350' Max Depth — enough punch to work in salt and freshwater, and to read bottom clearly all the way to 106 meters — you won't lose detail in deeper structures or offshore work.
- Low-Profile Thru-Hull Design — mounts almost flush to your hull, reducing turbulence and maintaining sonar performance even at speed — no drag penalty, clean install on center consoles and other tight spaces.
- Built-in Depth and Temperature Sensor — gives you real-time water temperature without a separate probe — useful for finding thermoclines and tracking seasonal fish movement.
- Bronze Housing — corrosion-resistant construction for saltwater and fresh — durability where it counts.
- Xducer ID Technology — automatic transducer recognition — simplifies setup and removes the guesswork when pairing with compatible fishfinders.
Specs & What's Included
Compatibility: This transducer requires a Mix and Match Cable specific to your fishfinder. Not all cables work with all units—you need the right connector for your sonar head. Not sure if this works with your setup? Call or text us at (833) 831-4077—we'll tell you straight.
Installation: 70 mm (2-13/16") hole size. Fixed 12° tilt angle for hulls with 8°–15° deadrise. Thru-hull mount.
