Are the products on your site genuine and covered by manufacturer warranty? Yes. All products are sourced through authorized US distributors, ensuring every item is genuine and carries full manufacturer warranty coverage — up to 2 years on select products. Buying from unauthorized sellers online can void your warranty entirely.
Do you price match? Marine electronics carry Minimum Retail Price (MRP) policies set by the manufacturers, which means all dealers who source through authorized distribution sell at the same advertised price. If you find a lower price elsewhere, it's almost certainly from an unauthorized seller — and that comes with real warranty risk. We compete on expertise and service, not price.
Do you offer financing? Yes. Shop Pay Installments and Affirm are available at checkout on qualifying orders. You can split your purchase into monthly payments — no need to call us to set it up.

Orders & Shipping
How much does shipping cost? Nothing. Every order ships free to any address in the contiguous US — no minimums, no fine print.
How fast will my order ship? Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
My order hasn't shipped yet — what's going on? If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 4 business days, reach out at support@depthsource.com or call (833) 831-4077 and we'll find out immediately.
My order arrived in multiple boxes. Is that normal? Yes. Large items like chartplotter bundles, trolling motors, and radar systems sometimes ship from different warehouse locations and arrive on separate days. Your tracking confirmation will show all shipments.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, if you act quickly. Call us immediately at (833) 831-4077 — marine electronics often ship same day. Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipment follow our standard return policy.
Returns & Warranty
What's your return policy? 30 days from delivery. Items must be in original, like-new condition with all packaging and accessories. Email support@depthsource.com with your order number to start the process — we'll send you an RMA number and instructions. See our full Returns & Cancellations policy for details.
Who pays for return shipping? You do, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it entirely.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us at support@depthsource.com on the day of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Don't discard the packaging. We'll cover shipping and get a replacement moving as fast as possible.

Product & Technical
How do I know if a transducer is compatible with my display unit? Compatibility depends on your display model, connector type, and hull material. When in doubt, call us before you order — we'd rather help you get it right than process a return. We're also building an interactive Transducer Selection Tool on the site.
What's the difference between MEGA Live 2 and MEGA 360? Both are Humminbird add-on transducers that work alongside your primary display — but they do very different things. MEGA Live 2 is forward-facing live sonar. It shows you a real-time moving picture of what's in front of and below your boat — fish, bait, structure — as it's actually happening. You can watch a bass swim up and eat your jig. It's the most advanced sonar technology Humminbird makes, and it's what most tournament anglers are running today. MEGA 360 sweeps sonar in a full circle around your boat — 360 degrees simultaneously. It doesn't show movement in real time the way MEGA Live does, but it gives you a complete picture of structure, cover, and fish position all around you at once. Especially useful for positioning on points, humps, and docks — you can see exactly where fish are sitting before you make a cast.
Do your products work with my existing electronics? It depends on the brands and models involved. NMEA 2000 networking allows many devices to communicate, but not all setups are plug-and-play. Call us with your current setup and we'll tell you exactly what's compatible before you buy.
Do you sell ice fishing electronics? Yes — and it's one of our specialties. We carry two of the best ice fishing platforms on the market. Vexilar FLX flashers are the hardwater standard.
