Marine electronics involve compatibility considerations — transducer pairing, network protocols, hull materials, and installation variables — that are outside our control once a product ships. Section 4 — MAP/MRP Pricing Policy
Many products sold on this site are subject to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or Minimum Retail Price (MRP) policies set by the manufacturer. All authorized dealers, including Depth Source, are required to advertise and sell at or above these prices. We do not offer discounts below MAP/MRP on covered products.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders placed under the same account, credit card, or shipping address where fraud or misuse is suspected. Section 6 — Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our authorized distribution partners and ship directly to you. Estimated shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the carrier.

Depth Source sells products for installation and use by qualified individuals. We are not responsible for damage to your vessel, electronics, or any connected systems resulting from improper installation, incorrect transducer placement, wiring errors, or incompatible system configurations. If you are unsure about installation, we strongly recommend working with a qualified marine electronics installer.

Section 8 — Compatibility
Marine electronics involve compatibility variables including display unit requirements, hull material, transducer mounting type, NMEA 2000 network configurations, and brand ecosystem dependencies. By placing an order, you confirm that you have verified product compatibility with your existing equipment and installation environment.
If you have any doubt about compatibility, contact us before ordering. We'd rather help you get the right product the first time than process a return after the fact.
Section 9 — Financing
Financing options available at checkout, including Shop Pay Installments and Affirm, are provided by third-party lenders and are subject to their respective terms, conditions, and credit approval processes. Depth Source is not a lender and has no involvement in financing decisions, repayment terms, or disputes between you and the financing provider.
Section 10 — Returns and Warranty
All returns are governed by our Returns & Cancellations Policy, available on this site. Warranty claims for manufacturer defects are handled directly by the respective manufacturer. All products sold on this site are sourced through authorized US distributors and carry full manufacturer warranty coverage.
