Airmar B765C-LM Transducer CHIRP Thru-Hull Bronze
Overview
Built for anglers running smaller boats (up to 30 feet) who want true CHIRP sonar detail without compromising hull integrity. If you're fishing fiberglass or wood hulls and need bottom detection to 10,000 feet with the ability to separate individual baitfish from structure, this thru-hull transducer delivers that capability in a compact package.
The B765C-LM is a dual-frequency CHIRP transducer that covers 85 kHz of total bandwidth in one installation. Instead of stacking multiple transducers, you get low-frequency (40–75 kHz) and medium-frequency (80–130 kHz) coverage from a single unit, which means faster installation, cleaner through-hull work, and one less component to maintain. You'll see individual fish, baitfish schools, and bottom composition with precision most anglers only get from much larger systems.
Key Features
- Dual CHIRP bandwidth — covers 40–75 kHz low and 80–130 kHz medium in one transducer — you get the low-frequency reach for deep water structure and medium-frequency detail for suspended fish without buying two units.
- 85 kHz of total bandwidth — hits all popular fishing frequencies (50, 88, and 107 kHz) plus everything between them — no guessing which frequency works best for the conditions you're in.
- 5 to 10 times greater detail and resolution than single-frequency transducers — individual baitfish, game fish, and structure are visually distinct on your display, not just blobs on the screen.
- Depth and temperature sensor — you get bottom depth and water column temperature from one thru-hull installation, eliminating the need for a separate temp probe.
- Bronze housing with high-performance fairing — designed for hulls up to 24° deadrise, handles fiberglass and wood construction without issues.
- Xducer ID technology — automatic transducer recognition when paired with compatible sonar units — less wiring confusion, faster setup.
Specs & What's Included
Compatibility: This transducer does NOT work with Simrad or Lowrance systems. It requires a compatible cable (sold separately — you'll need to specify your sonar unit when ordering the cable). Works with systems that support Airmar CHIRP transducers. Not sure if this works with your setup? Call or text us at (833) 831-4077 — we'll tell you straight.
Technical Details: Designed for boats up to 30 feet with fiberglass or wood hulls and deadrise up to 24°. Weighs 5.5 lbs. Low-frequency band: 300W. Medium-frequency band: 600W.
Installation Note: This is a thru-hull transducer only. You will need to purchase a compatible mix-and-match cable separately to connect to your sonar control head.
